About the room
Weekly and Monthly room rentals are available. This property is not a family home, but instead, all tenants and I live here when commuting into Hinton to work. This creates a more at home environment when away from home.
Rent Includes
furnished bedroom (bed, beddings, pillows, dresser, night stands, lamp, closet, mini fridge) All utilities included , lock and key to the room for privacy Shared fully equipped kitchen Shared fridge and deep freeze Shared living room with smart TV Shared Bathrooms Shared washer and dryer facilities Wifi access included Barbecue w/propane for tenant use dish towels and cloths for tenant use dish detergent for tenant use. Room is for one occupants
In addition to rent there is a $60 cleaning fee (one time only) and $100 damage deposit.
About the roomies
My self and other tenant are tradesmen coming to the area to work. Occasionally, we get other such as railroad personnel, hospital personnel, engineering personnel.
