Bright 2-bdrm, MAIN FLOOR apartment, available May 1st in the Exhibition Park neighbourhood (one block from Exhibition Park) and only one block from a bus stop, for a short bus ride to U of G. Rent is $2,500 + hydro (~$70/month) and includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room, laundry in suite, hardwood throughout, driveway with 2+ parking spots, utilities (heat & water). There is absolutely no smoking or vaping, of any substance, in or on the property. As well, there is a strict NO PARTY policy.
