Available to move in immediately, in October or November. The minimum rental period is 4 months, Monthly rent is $730–$1,100, depending on the room, and every room includes its own private bathroom. All utilities are included, as well as fast, high-speed Wi-Fi. Each furnished room includes a refrigerator, microwave, dresser, bed, table, chair, lamp, mirror, and closet.
