An outstanding and secure concrete condo building with a pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, library, and a workshop room. Inviting, spacious, lots of natural light. The condo has 3 bedrooms, including a living room with a TV, heat pump and a pool table. In-unit laundry with free laundry detergent. Own bathroom but not an ensuite. Furniture in the room is subject to small changes. Parking is available for an extra fee, though there’s some free street parking outside the building and a bus stop. Not a party house but a place to call home (no smoking, scent free environment, no pets, few visitors and a very quiet lifestyle). Move in date can be flexible. Very close (a few bus stops) to MSVU, Bayers Lake, Bedford and Clayton Park. 20 minutes by car to downtown Halifax.

I’m the only roommate (43 years old.) Quiet, friendly and easygoing. I’m a writer/artist. I enjoy reading, photography, nature, swimming, and listening to music.
