The condo has 3 bedrooms, including a living room with a TV and air conditioning. In-unit laundry with free laundry detergent. Own bathroom but not an ensuite. Furniture in the room are subject to small changes. Parking is available for an extra fee, though there’s some free street parking outside the building and a bus stop. Not a party house but a place to call home (no smoking, scent free environment, no pets, few visitors and a very quiet lifestyle). Move in date can be flexible. Very close (a few bus stops) to MSVU, Bayers Lake, Bedford and Clayton Park. Estimated 20 minutes by car to downtown Halifax.
