About the room
An outstanding and secure concrete, luxury condo building with a pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, library, and a workshop room. Inviting, spacious, lots of natural light. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room with a TV and air conditioning and a small storage room. In-unit laundry with free laundry detergent. Parking is available for an extra fee, though there’s some free street parking outside the building and a bus stop. Not a party house but a place to call home (no smoking, scent free environment, no pets, few visitors and a very quiet lifestyle). Move in date can be flexible. Very close (a few bus stops) to MSVU, Bayers Lake, Bedford and Clayton Park. Estimated 20 minutes by car to downtown Halifax.
