About the room
It’s 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms unit locating in King street, Waterloo. You will be sharing a living room and kitchen with me, but you’ll have your own room and bathroom. I do have a cat, but the cat only stays in my room and bathroom and will not disturb you.
Everything is included but hydro, so the actual rent should be 1250+hydro each month.
It’s a three years lease, but you are welcome to opt out any year.

I’m an undergraduate student in University of Waterloo. I am a very quiet person, but I don’t mind you bringing any guests or holding parties, just no loud noise after 1 a.m. I love math, classical music, animals and diving and camping.
