The home is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath single story. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Utilities will be divided and internet is available, if you’d like to contribute towards wifi. The home has some 4 legged residents, so you must be an animal lover to reside here!! There is a massive backyard, a fire pit and a huge solarium. There are lots of nearby trials for those that like to get out and enjoy walking, without the inconvenience of city traffic and noise !! All amenities are within a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk.

I’m a single female looking to share my home with clean, quite and respectful people only!! There are no attitudes / drama in the home and none are welcome !! I enjoy landscaping, cooking & baking, laughing and just having fun… after all life is to short to not have fun !!
