Fully Furnished, West Side, One Bedroom Apartment
Available rental options for June 7th onward.
All utilities are included in this newly renovated, private entry, one bedroom apartment/unit on the west side of Saint John.
Daily, weekly and monthly bookings depend on availability and prices may vary based on the time of the year. Currently, rates are $1500 monthly, $500 weekly and $130 daily (minimum three day stay required).
For short term monthly bookings, up to a 10 month maximum, a security deposit, proof of where you work and references will be required.
Tenant insurance is necessary.
The apartment starts with outdoor side steps that lead to the private entry.
There is an open concept living room and kitchen.
The newly renovated kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils, new counter top, cupboards, flooring, kitchen table and chairs plus many other items to make you feel at home.
A comfortable leather, reclining set in the living room will provide relaxation after a busy day. The new end tables have lamps. Small portable computer tables were also purchased if you would like to use them.
The bedroom has a brand new double bed, recently purchased bedding and scenic wall pictures. A desk, chairs, lamps, bookcase and closet storage with a new six drawer bureau are also included.
There is a full bathroom with lots of new storage shelves, towels, shampoo, soap and other items.
The washer and dryer set is on the same floor as the apartment and is shared with the owner who lives in the unit upstairs.
400 sq. ft. is the area for the main living space plus an additional 300 sq. ft. in the newly insulated shared laundry and storage rooms.
Separate driveway parking is included. Tenant is responsible for snow removal of the driveway, stair and entryway areas. A snow plowing company does big snow removals.
Outside, during the warmer months, a table and chairs will be provided for you to enjoy the private wooded backyard.
Location of the apartment is close to the highway, Irving Pulp Mill, Point Lepreau Nuclear Plant, JDI, Irving Refinery, Irving Paper, Irving Nature Park, retail shops, restaurants, entertainment and 10 minutes from city central.
Property is a quiet pet free, smoke free, drug free and party free spot.
Important to note, that due to the steep cliff behind the apartment, the property is not suitable for children.

The apartment is a separate unit in a two unit home. Laundry room and storage room are shared with the landlord.
