About the room
Its a two story condo in a building with a parking garage and a gym accessible to all residents. The room im renting out is the master suite which comes with a huge attached bathroom and walk in closet. We have laundry in the unit, same floor as the bedrooms. While you have your own bathroom there is a shared half-bathroom downstairs in the kitchen. No smoking in the unit. You must smoke outside. Its located in Lancaster not far from a bunch of local amenities.
Due to already having a particularly scrappy dog, I am not accepting pets.
About the roomies
Its just me and my dog Flynn. An important detail is I am a trans woman and am only looking to room with people who are tolerant of that. Id prefer to room with another woman but will consider the right person regardless of identity.
