The lease comes unfurnished however we already have a couch and coffee table for the shared space.

1 couple living in upstairs room. 1 Humber polytechnic music student and 1 recent graduate. There are 2 other apartments in the same house which let separately (main floor and basement).

We like to hang out in the shared space and chat but the rooms are pretty sound proof giving everyone their space. Music is going to be pretty common but not at unreasonable hours.
