This is a beautiful triplex house. You’d be on the main floor with your own entrance separate from the tenants above and below. You have access to the beautiful backyard space and a spot in the driveway (suitable for a small car)! You’d share the common areas with the roommate living here. Your room has a Murphy bed with a mattress included and a giant walk in closet! The house has in unit laundry and a storage room downstairs that you will have access to.

You are central to many great amenities, just a 10min walk to Dal campus and 25min walk to downtown!

You’d be sharing the common spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living room) with a kind, respectful, graduate student that keeps clean and stays busy. She does have a VERY friendly cat, so you’d have to be okay with cats (and cuddles)!
