Basement bathroom unused too, so essentially two private bathrooms!
House has and rent includes too, a kitchen, seperate dining, living room couches + basement workspace. Plus laundry, all utilities and internet. Lots of fridge space and kitchen cabinetry and house space for storage. Also comes with, tv non-setup that you may use, a/c non-lock box can change to whatever you like it at, a fireplace that works if April it’s still cold. And big backyard with chairs, and bbq as well.
It’s 700 (plus a 200 key/damage deposit returnable - if all goes good).
Parking available extra 50.

About the roomies
Own floor to your self. Floor below only one other roommate, a recent uw grad an engineer, never anybody over, quiet keep to self, haven’t had any complaints about.
