🌸We have furnished all the common areas, so all you would need to furnish is your own bedroom. The unit has so much charm, such as a small front yard and porch, stained glass windows, thick wood crown molding and baseboards, etched glass french doors, and more. We also have one parking spot that is shared between roommates by rotating weekly.

📍The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to either Verdun or Jolicoeur metro and near many bus lines, grocery stores, depanneurs, restaurants, Wellington street, the fleuve St-Laurent waterfront, and more!

We are a sister (28) and brother (30) who have been renting this unit for 5 years. We are both working professionals, one of us working on-site, the other hybrid working some days from home. We are social and sometimes host our friends, but also appreciate some quiet alone time. It is important to us to maintain a clean living space, especially in the kitchen.
