Located in 5 minutes from the University of Alberta campus, and also the University of Alberta Hospital. Steps away from the ETS transit stop, this house is in a quiet, and mature neighbourhood. This house is situated a step away from parks and the river valley. This suite is bright and spacious in a newer built home. There is a queen bed and work desk included. As well, the suite has a roomy ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The shared kitchen is fully equipped, and living room is airy and well-lit. There is also a coin operated laundry pair to use. There is a total of three rooms shared together, but the other two rooms have their own bathroom. Utilities and internet are included. There is also a detached garage to rent for a monthly fee. All suites are for individuals only, not couples.
About the roomies
There is a long term tenant who is a new university graduate and is now working. She is a very clean, quiet and kind individual and has been use to having roommates in the past. She is of catholic faith. She is hoping to have a female roommate who is quiet and friendly to get along with.
