Hi I’m a 31y I’m Italian I’m looking for one/two roommates. Pet friendly, I live in a bungalow at Yonge/major mack in a very quiet and wealthy area with a few separate units available immediately. I live in the main unit. I separated the living room from the three bedrooms and I only use the living room space. The other 3 rooms are completely empty. There are 3 rooms up for grabs. The master bedroom and a medium room and a smaller room. I’m looking for two or three roommates. Preferably female. I have a full time excavation and machine business. I rent machines and trailers and haul loads and I do Lawncare and snow removal. I take care of the whole property. We will share utilities. The bathroom , kitchen, and laundry. I live alone with my dog. I use this house as my shop/yard/workspace. All amenities are within 2 minute walking distance. I have a free gym in the backyard for use. Patio and BBQ. It’s the first house on May/Yonge beside the main road. It’s perfect for a senior, or a student, or a young professional who needs a good location in prime Richmond Hill with good value for the cost of living. I’m looking for two or three peaceful happy individuals, with no criminal record, who are stable with jobs and have their own lives. Pet friendly ,Move in date asap. I prefer females for obvious reason :peace and quiet and no conflicts with other men
