About the room

Seeking room mate to share 2-bdrm apartment in a 3-story walk-up (3rd floor). The rooms are good size and the walls very soundproof. The building is older but is warm in the winter - air conditioning in living room only, dishwasher and microwave are supplied by the building. I don’t have dogs or cats but love animals and all are welcome.

About the roomies

I’m a semi-retired male who will be working part-time. I am a musician but not noisy. Students welcome. Close to Sunnybrook Hospital. Subway directly across the street. Prefer females who are either students or plan on renting beyond 6 months. Musicians welcome as I am one also. I am single and not looking for partnership. I just find women safer and cleaner on the whole.
