LOOKING FOR ROOMMATE

Large single bedroom available in the basement of a 4 bedroom all girls house. The room comes with your own full washroom and a large window. You will have the entire downstairs floor to yourself, except when we do laundry, so you will have lots of privacy. Our shared kitchen, dining space and living room have lots of natural lighting and the living room is very spacious. The backyard includes a deck and plenty of space for gatherings. It’s an excellent location, with a 15 minute walk from all amenities and 5-8 minutes to multiple bus stops that will take you to campus and around Guelph. Wifi and utilities are seperate. Parking available. AC and central air.

A little bit about your potential future roommates: We are three female students going into our third year. We are all studying in our bachelors of science. We value a clean house and open communication between roommates. We are all easygoing and friendly. Plus we enjoy the occasional game night.
