Unfurnished room available May 1st in an all-female house in the Old University neighbourhood of Guelph. The house is ~1 block from the river and ~15-20 minute walk to U of G.
The layout of the house is such that there are two bedrooms + their bathroom on the upstairs floor, one bedroom + that person’s bathroom on the main floor, and two bedrooms + their shared bathroom on the basement level.
The available bedroom is the larger of the two in the basement. There is a bathroom in the basement that is shared only by the occupants of the two basement bedrooms, so you would be sharing the bathroom with one other girl only. This large bedroom could be like a studio apartment because it has space for a double bed, nightstand, dresser, a futon couch, bookshelf, desk, chair, lamps, etc.
The shared kitchen is on the main floor and the shared laundry is in the basement.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping, of any substance, in or on the property.
As well, there is a strict NO PARTY policy.
I am looking for quiet, tenants, who will be respectful of others living there.
Rent for this room is $1050, and includes all utilities (heat, hydro, water, air conditioning), lawn care, and snow removal on common areas. Tenants are responsible for snow removal for areas exclusively theirs to use (i.e., walkways, stairs, porches, patios). Parking, if you need it, is available at $100/month.
