Shared apartment. This top floor unit is quiet, clean, and ready to go. The dining and living area, has patio doors to a large covered balcony overlooking treetops. The available bedroom is the large master and there is a shared four piece bath. The home is complete with an in-suite washer and dryer in an oversized storage room. There is parking on the street just outside the building. This building provides a variety of amenities like an exercise room, a squash court, pool table, lounge area and shuffleboard (for a one-time card fee).

From the roomie - I’m a second-year heavy duty mechanic apprentice working full-time, usually up early and in bed by 10 pm on weekdays. I work hard during the week and like to keep a pretty structured routine. I’m clean, respectful, and expect shared spaces to be kept in good shape. I spend a lot of time working, but I also hit the gym when I can and like to relax on weekends. I’m into trucks, equipment, and hands-on work, and I’ve got a solid mechanical background. I’m pretty easygoing, not into partying during the week, and value a chill, drama-free environment. Looking for someone responsible and like-minded who’s good with communication and keeping things organized.
