The room is a private bedroom in a 3-story unit of a triplex. The house is located about a 10-minute walk form Dalhousie campus and 5-minutes from shops on Quinpool road. I’m happy to negotiate selling future tenants any of my furniture (right now it has a double bed w/ storage drawers, a wardrobe, a desk, and some shelving), and it’s all basically brand-new. Common areas of the house are fully furnished and equipped with shared appliances. All utilities except wifi are included in the lease!

You would be living with 4 female Dalhousie students, all going into their 3rd and 4th years (and one super cute cat - don’t worry, his owner pays his bills and does all the work). The house is pretty quiet during the week as we’re all quite studious, but we also enjoy going downtown to party on some weekends and special occasions. We love to dance, bake, and study together! They are awesome company, I’m listing the room because I’ll be going on exchange next year.
