Rent: $800/month + Internet: $30 + Hydro: Fluctuates (split 3 ways)
Location: Less than a 10-minute walk to the new Eglinton Line 5.
The room has a queen size bed, desk, lamp and a dresser (no pillow or bed sheets).
6 months to start, with the possibility of extending.
Required: Last months rent on signing. 1st day of moving in.

We’re creative, laid-back, and very clean. One of us recently finished a short film that’s been in festivals, and the other completed their first documentary (and working on their 2nd now). We love movies, music, games (video & board), and nerdy fun.
