Other person living in basement level is mature and hardworking, so is hardly home. I also live at the house and am out of town a lot but is accessible for anyone who needs assistance. Furnished room is close to all amenities and is very convenient for foot traffic as shops are in walking distance as well as to trails for biking. Bike storage is available, however there is no parking for cars.
