It has 2 bedrooms plus a den/ office, full free in suite private laundry, full kitchen, full bath, private entrance and free parking on premises. Add to all that a private patio and access to a very large shared yard. The place is also on bus routes in case you don’t drive. The rent is $1100 and covers everything including high speed internet. No pets. No smoking inside.
