About the room

I have a single room available, in a town house, the bedroom is not furnished has a large closet and has an amazing city view in the day and night. Room will be cleaned out and ready. Bathroom is right next to the room. Located in the heart of Langley 2 minute’s from down town, transit is right there on 70 ave and 200th, parks across the road in a safe and quiet neighbourhood… the area is great for everything is very close by and in walking distance or transit…as well there is parking on 70 ave just outside the complex.

I live in the Large town house on my own. I am a very easy going kind person. I have a son who comes home and visits as well usually every week or second week. As well I have a cat….very quiet environment, great for students as well.
