The building is very close to campus (just steps from WLU and bus stop to UW), Conestoga Mall, coffee shops, and bus stops, so everything you need is within a short walk. The unit is quiet, clean, and includes in‑suite laundry, a microwave/oven, and modern appliances.

You’ll be living with one other roommate who is a student, tidy, and respectful of shared space. Right now the second room is empty, so whether you’re moving in as one person or two people, it will work fine. We’re open to either situation and just want someone who is responsible, communicates well, keeps common areas clean, and values a quiet, comfortable home.
