My wife and I have been hosting students for a number of years and decided to rent our fully furnished downstairs room, which is located close to Royal Roads University also close to Royal Bay and within walking distance to the beach 20 mins and public transit. 2 mins Furnished room includes TV Private bathroom with shower. A small kitchenette with Fridge Convection microwave. Keurig coffee/ tea maker. Laundry is shared there is a private entrance and a covered outdoor area for you to use. All linen,towels and dishes are included. High speed WiFi and all utilities also included

There are only two other people and 2 dogs residing in the home. The full kitchen upstairs will be shared. There also are laundry facilities downstairs, which is also shared. *** Please note the room is for single occupancy only. ** No pets, please.** If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask us.
