My wife and I have been hosting students for a number of years and decided to rent our fully furnished downstairs room, which is located close to Royal Roads University also close to Royal Bay and within walking distance to the beach and public transit. Room includes private bathroom and a small kitchenette with fridge, convection microwave. Keurig coffee/ tea maker. All linen and towels and dishes are included

There are only two other people and 2 dogs residing in the home. The full kitchen upstairs will be shared. There also are laundry facilities downstairs, which is also shared.
