Just a 5-minute walk from uOttawa campus and 10 minutes away from downtown Ottawa! Located in sandyhill area, where lots of students live, far enough from downtown to feel safe at night. Also, a corner store one block away.

The apartment is on the second floor (which is the highest floor) and it is a 4-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment. The kitchen and living room is fully furnished, but the room that is being rented out will not be furnished. The living room includes a TV, and the the kitchen includes an oven, microwave and a fridge. There is also a laundry and a dryer that is free for everyone in the apartment to use!

The rent is $3500 total divided between the 4 roommates ($875), and 87.75 for wifi, and approximately $100 for hydro. In total, it does NOT go over $999 per month. All payments regarding the apartment will be divided equally.

There are 3 roommates that you will be living with!

We are all females and have lived together for 1 year. This means we have most things sorted out! (yayy) We are all very clean, and have a rotating chore list so that everyone contributes to the house equally. We are also very open about guests as long as we are notified. One of us is a plant lover! So the house feels lively :) (you will NOT have to take care of them haha) Also, we are very adapting to one’s needs (for example quiet hour during exam season IF someone requests it)
