A private room with a shared bathroom for rent, located on the lower floor of our raised bungalow house on Gingrich Crescent. Tenants may also enjoy access to the large backyard.
Very quiet neighbourhood, close to Walmart and Giant Tiger.
Available as soon as April 01 2026, for Females only.
Please note incase of allergies, we do have 2 cats, although they usually do not go to the lower floor this room is located on.
