[Girls Only] Private Room + Bathroom – Move-in May 1 or May 15 | 1-Year Lease

Hi everyone! I have a private room and private bathroom available, with move-in dates of May 1 or May 15, and I’m ideally looking for a 1-year lease, but I’m open to discussing different arrangements, happy to be flexible depending on what works for both of us.

1. About the space:

You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom, plus access to all shared areas (living room + balcony). A parking spot is also available in the building if needed.

The building offers great amenities, including:

— Gym — Sauna — Swimming pool

📍 Located just a 7-minute walk from Gilmore Station (Millennium Line), super convenient for commuting.

2. Rent & Move-in:

Rent: $1,600/month Security deposit: $800 (refundable) Move-in: May 1 or May 15

3. Utilities:

Utilities are not included. Average: $50–$70/month per person Winter months: around $80–$120/month per person (higher heating usage)

(BC Hydro is billed every two months and split evenly.)

4. About me:

I’m Brazilian, in my late 20s, and I enjoy a home that feels calm, welcoming, and respectful. I like connecting with the people I live with and creating a friendly atmosphere, while also respecting personal space and independence.

I occasionally have friends over and I’m totally open if you do too — as long as we keep a good balance.

5. What I’m looking for:

Someone who is:

Easygoing and respectful Clean and organized Has a stable routine (work or study) Values a peaceful and comfortable home environment

I’m not looking for a party-heavy lifestyle, more someone who contributes to a positive, well-balanced home.

I also appreciate simple shared responsibility (like keeping common areas tidy or coordinating small things when needed).
