Room is fully furnished with two twin beds, a dresser and closet. Rent is $1000. All utilities are included. Laundry is also provided. Washroom, kitchen and living area are shared. Walking distance to Gateway Skytrain Station and bus stop. Street parking is available.

We are middle-aged couple with 2 daughters and a son. Our mother also stays with us. We all are living on upper floor. My sister is also staying on bottom floor with her daughter. Only my sister is living at the bottom floor.
