Furnished bachelor suite: includes private exterior entrance, sitting area, desk, queen bed, two dressers, armoire, mini fridge, and a private three-piece bathroom. Ample storage space available. The windows are south-facing: the suite receives abundant natural light throughout the day. No cooking allowed inside the suite. All the appliances and cooking will be in the shared kitchen area of the duplex.

The duplex has a maximum occupancy of 5. The current tenants are graduate students at University of Calgary. Fully stocked and furnished kitchen and living room shared with all current tenants. High-speed internet and cable included. Each tenant agrees to clean communal areas once per month, and to share snow shoveling duties in the winter. Parking available in driveway.

The duplex is located in the sought-after NW community of Silver Springs. Bus stop across the street. It’s a 5-minute bus ride to Dalhousie train station, and a 5-minute train ride to University of Calgary. Duplex is steps away from Bowmont Park/Bow River. The park has dirt trails along the river valley for hiking, mountain biking, and running. The paved Bow River Pathway takes you to downtown and beyond.
