Looking for a roommate downtown! Rent is $1270 each you get your own bathroom as well and the living area/ kitchen is fully furnished but the bedroom isn’t. Utilities such as water, electricity, wifi not included and vary every month. The building is beautiful and safe with 24/h security, a fully furnished gym, a pool which is great during the summer, a gaming room, good elevators etc. Proof of employment and paystubs will be required to qualify!

I am looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, easy going and quiet. I live a quiet life so I will expect the same.
