This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement apartment is a couple minute drive from the Guelph hospital and less than ten minutes to downtown. Bus stops are nearby as well. The place has enough sunlight to brighten up the space during sunny days. Comes with shared laundry with the upstairs neighbours, a countertop dishwasher, heating and AC as well as an electric fireplace for those cold days. Internet and utilities are included in the rent. The room is paintable and I wouldn’t mind helping paint it as I love painting! There is a storage room as well that’s shared with the upstairs neighbours. The bedroom can come partially furnished if you want. There is unfortunately no extra parking space available. There is street parking but it is not allowed during winters. I require first and last month’s rent.
