I will have a single bedroom available in a 2 bedroom 2 bath 735 sq ft apartment in the quiet Banff Trail Community, within walking distance of Banff Trail C-Train Station, and McMahon Stadium. Just a stones toss from the University of Calgary Campus, with good nearby cycling infrastructure, its the perfect place for students or Faculty!

The fully secure building was built last year, has (limited) garage parking, street parking, bicycle storage, and a shared rooftop BBQ patio for summer events or functions, with the perfect view of downtown.

The bedroom will not be furnished and comes with it’s own bathroom. Bills such as water, electricity, and internet are included with rent.

The unit itself has all brand new stainless steel appliances, double stainless sinks, 10 foot ceilings, east facing windows, with amazing bright natural light, unit wide AC, en-suite Laundry, and a wonderful modern looking space to make your own.
