I will have a single bedroom available in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the quiet Banff Trail Community, within walking distance of Banff Trail C-Train Station. With good nearby cycling infrastructure, its the perfect place for students or faculty with the University of Calgary just a short distance away.

The fully secure building was built last year, has (limited) garage parking, street parking, bicycle storage, and a shared rooftop BBQ patio, with the perfect view.

The bedroom will not be furnished and comes with a shared bathroom (which will be mostly yours with the exception of guests). The unit has individual thermostats for each room. Heat is included with rent, water and electricity, and internet will be split.

The unit itself has all brand new appliances, double stainless sinks, west facing windows, tons of storage, unit wide AC, en-suite Laundry, and a wonderful modern look.
