My roomate is renting out their bedroom with “studio/office” attached and an ensuite bathroom (w/ standup shower). The photos are of both the bedroom and studio/office space!
The house is in downtown Guelph, right near Goldie mill Park. Room available for May 1st. Or the option for mid April negotiable.
There’s laundry in the house, a large kitchen and living room, a small backyard/sideyard and potential parking for 1 car.

About the roomates: The house is shared with 2 women/NB folks and 2 men in their mid 20’s-late 30’s, and most people are Queer/2SLGBTQ+. One other roomate is a nursing school student and the rest of us are working professionals. I’m one of the roomates, and am moving in April 1st! From what they’ve shared everyones pretty quiet and keeps to themselves for the most part, but is friendly, chill, and keeps the space pretty clean.
I personally am really into arts and creativity, community, dancing, and nature. I’m happy with roommates that like to chat and hang out/laugh, do craft nights, share a meal every so often, or go an adventures. Though I’m also super happy to keep to myself and live more parallel! I work part time from home during the day/early eve.
