About the room

I am a senior female with a two bedroom, apartment in a secure building. I have a nice kitchen, living room and bathroom to share. Sharing costs with someone quiet would be nice. The private bedroom is not currently furnished but can be if required, or bring your own. The room is currently an art room which is why I didn’t include a photo of the room. Approximately 10x10 with good closet. I have 2 cats. Please let me know if this could work for you. Cost is to be discussed depending on what utilities are to be included. No parking, but there are two bus stops right outside the building.
