About the room

Female or male 55+ please. I have 2 cats, so no pets please. I am a senior female with a two bedroom apartment in a quiet and secure building with a view. We can share the kitchen, living room and bathroom, but your room has its own television and sitting area. Sharing costs with someone quiet would be nice. Cost is to be discussed depending on what utilities are to be included, ie I don’t have cable or streaming service. No parking, but there are bus stops right outside the building for 2 different routes. I hope to be away for weeks at a time and would appreciate someone who can tend to the cats.
