Located about a 10 minute walk to UofG campus, with a bus stop on the way there & home. There is a plaza less than a five minute walk with a nofrills & multiple chain fast food places. Also a 20 minute walk to stone road mall, Walmart etc. The open bedroom is located on the third floor, with great natural lighting from a Juliet style balcony, & also has an on suite. House includes a full kitchen with shared appliances (toaster oven, microwave, oven, air fryer, fridge), laundry, living room, and fun atmosphere. If you’re looking for parking, the unit’s designated spot will be in use by one of the current roommates, but there’s guest parking avaliable, as well as paid parking at a university residence building next door. There is also a roof top landing that is private for our use.

We are three third-year (heading into fourth) girls looking for a fourth female roommate to join our townhouse for May 2026- April 2027. We are all hard working, neat and a generally quiet household. We like early evenings & rarely have large groups of people over (typically just hoco & Halloween).
