Furnished rooms, 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed. Shared full bathroom (tub/shower). Shared large, fully equipped kitchen and living room. 1/2 of the fridge, own separate pantry area and one smaller sized freezer per person. Shared laundry. Shared keyless entry. Close to bus stop, Save on Foods, and very short walk to the Vedder river and Rotary trail. Cable, internet included, hydro and gas are 30% share.

I live in the residence but sleep on a different floor with my friendly senior dog. I am a private person and respect others privacy as well. I am away quite often for long periods of time and am looking for someone responsible, respectful and trustworthy while I’m away.
