It can be furnished or unfurnished. 1 bedroom is occupied by me, the other one is my office/guestroom, which is sometimes in use by my son when he comes to visit some weekends and holidays from university. The two rooms are separate, providing privacy and comfort, surrounded by a zen and quiet atmosphere. There are 2 bathrooms, both are shared, as well as the kitchen, dining room, living space, laundry. There is 1 parking space that is included with room, utilities and internet is also included. You also have access to the backyard/bbq/ firepit . It is just myself and my son who occasionally visits some weekends and holidays from university, A little bit about myself, I am the outdoor vibrant type that loves to travel off the beaten track, SUP board, bike, hike, rappel, and play the guitar. I am originally from Montreal and therefore bilingual. I am a hybrid worker, somedays I work remote and other days I am at the office. I love my alone time, and but can also be a social butterfly. I do prefer general tidiness and some organization, as most people do. I do have a son, who is currently studying at the university, He comes to visit some weekends and holidays. I have little cat, she is a light orange tabby, who is very affectionate and loves attention. She is mainly an outdoor cat during spring, summer and fall, and indoors during the winter. I am looking for someone who will feel at ease and at home.
