I have a room for rent on the main level of a house in the SW of Calgary, right by Chinook mall. Located minutes away from the #3 bus that takes you Downtown or a bus ride away from the train. The unit has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, street and private parking, and a backyard. The house is a character house, the appliances are all modern, but the house does have a lot of its original structure. If you’re looking for something modern, this wouldn’t be a good fit. Utilities are usually around $200 a month which we split equally. Aside from the room, the rest of the house is furnished.

I’m a 28 year old teacher who enjoys a mix of quiet nights in and nights out. I have a small 6 year old cat who just chills and cuddles. I like a tidy place but I’m not a clean freak, as long as it gets done at some point. Very laid back and easy going.
