• $1,000/month (long-term)
• Short-term: $1,200/month (flexible depending on duration)

Option 2 – Two Rooms (Preferred Setup)

• Includes private bedroom plus additional fully furnished living-room-style space
• Living room features sofa, large wall unit, and big screen TV & new bed as well. 2 queen beds total.
• Balcony access from both rooms
• Shared BBQ on balcony
• Sliding barn doors create a semi-private suite feel
• Ideal for two students or two working individuals who already know each other
• Can be used as 2 separate bedrooms or bedroom + private living/study area
• Shared bathroom with owner
• $1800/month for both rooms together

Important Notes:

• Preference for 2 female students or working professionals who are comfortable sharing a bathroom
• Not suitable for couples
• Quiet, respectful household

Option 3 – Two Rooms (Preferred Setup) 1 person takes both rooms, no prefference to gender.

*The living room has a bed currently in it. It can be removed and the other half of a sectional can be used in its place.
