Looking for a roommate to share a spacious, modern 2-bedroom apartment in Mount Pleasant.

The unit is ~850 sq ft and recently renovated, with updated finishes and newer appliances throughout. It’s bright and comfortable, located on a raised floor with views overlooking a park, which keeps the space quiet and open.

The location is hard to beat, right by Main Street and Broadway, with easy transit access to downtown, UBC, and Burnaby. You’re also steps from some of Mount Pleasant’s best cafés, restaurants, and thrift stores.

The apartment includes in-unit laundry, and parking is available. Storage may also be available if needed. You’d be sharing the space with just me, so it’s a true two-bedroom setup without feeling crowded.

Move in could be April - May 1st. The room can come furnished, making for an easy move-in.

A bit about me, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, and staying active with sports. I’m pretty social and like hanging out from time to time, but I also value having my own space and a relaxed home environment. I keep things clean and organized and am looking for someone who’s similarly respectful and easy to live with.
