I am looking to rent half of my townhouse , included for the person renting is 2 full bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , their own living room , 3/4 of the unfinished basement . Only the kitchen is shared . Power and utilities Bills , fast speed internet is included in the rent price . Near the hospital , quiet and well kept place , cats are allowed . The space is not furnished .

I already have a dog living with me , she is super sweet and well trained . I am mostly looking for a girl as a roomate since my dog is a rescue and had lots of trauma as a puppy caused by men but she is great around women . I am respectfull and professional, I work in town and home every night.
To know more , just ask . Just looking for someone that i can trust , working and responsible , that likes keeping their space clean . I take care of the outside work ,garbage and recycling .
