Frank Street
About the room
For September 1st, renting out one bedroom of a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor of a 3 storey walk up, 2 blocks down from the nature museum, between Elgin and Metcalf. My roommate rents out a parking spot for an additional fee from the landlord, but I don’t know if he’s promised that to anyone else now that she’s moving out. The building is older and a little quirky (kitchen has built in ironing board and milk delivery door that has been covered up) but a good layout and it doesn’t heat up too fast in the summer, it stays manageable with one floor unit with fans to move the air around. Will add more photos/description later, or feel free to message me. Rent is 942 each, hydro and internet usually come to ~80 each
About the roomies
Hi, I’m MacK, I’m 32 and the cocker spaniel there is Winnie. I work full time at a library during the week, and also do some LX work for stage theaters some evenings and weekends. I’m not super duper social, but I like to complain about my day when I first get home, and I’m fine with you hosting a dinner party or whatever usually, as long as I’ve gotten a heads up Winnie is mostly chill, she barks at strangers in the building but spends most of the time sleeping and snuggling. She wants to be where the people are, so if you want her to not be in your room, you would have to close the door. She doesn’t shed much. Let me know if you are interested in the place and want to meet up for a chat/coffee
