We have a room available for rent starting May 2026, in a nice neighborhood, 10 minutes walk away from the University of Waterloo, so perfect for a student looking for a place to stay. The room itself is spacious and private, and comes partially furnished (couch, desk, dresser). Pictured are some examples of shared spaces including living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. About the roomies

The current tenants are students and recently graduated students. We will have 1 Conestoga graduate (plumbing) as well as 2 current UW Students and 1 UW graduate. We love to meet new people- please send us a message if you’d like to check out the place!
