About the room

I am looking for a female roommate to sublet my bedroom from September to December. We’re a female house, with a mix of students, young working professionals, and a very sweet cat. The house is in a great location. Located off Spring Garden, it’s 5 minutes to the grocery store. It’s perfect for students, located right next door to Dal sexton campus, and a 15-minute walk to the Studley campus.

This will be our 3rd year renewing at this location. We’ve had a great experience, and we have lots of fun together. We’re looking for a fourth girl to be a roommate and a friend :)

When you enter the unit, a set of stairs leads to the main floor. The main floor has a full kitchen, laundry, living room, half bath, and a bedroom. Another set of stairs leads to the 3 other bedrooms and the full bathroom. The available room is on the main floor.

The available bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser, clothes rack, and utility cart.
