We’re 3 female university students entering 4th year studying Architecture, neuroscience, and psychology. The house is in a great location. Located off Spring Garden, it’s 5 minutes to the grocery. It’s perfect for students, located right next door to Dal sexton campus, and a 15-minute walk to the Studley campus. We’re looking for an additional female roommate to occupy our open bedroom. We live in a multi-unit home. We’re looking for a fourth roommate to sign the lease starting May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027. Rent is $1000 monthly, plus Wi-Fi and power.

This will be our 3rd year renewing at this location. We’ve had a great experience, and we have lots of fun together. We’re looking for a fourth girl to be a roommate and a friend :)

When you enter the unit, a set of stairs leads to the main floor. The main floor has a full kitchen, laundry, living room, half bath, and a bedroom. Another set of stairs leads to the 3 other bedrooms and the full bathroom. The available room is on the upper floor.

The available bedroom is unfinished except for a twin bed if the tenant would like to keep it.

We are a smoke-free household. Small pets and cats are welcome.

The 3 of us are students at Dalhousie (Age 20). The house is located right next door to the Sexton Campus, and it is about a 20-minute walk to the Studley campus. I am from Moncton and moved to Halifax to study architecture. Sadie and Cassidy are both from the greater Toronto area. Sadie is studying phycology and Cassidy is pursuing Neuroscience.
