Single room near Dundas and Bathrust intersection with two flat-mates. Shared washroom, kitchen, fridge, and laundry space. Within walking distance to: Fresco grocery store, Bathrust TTC station, Toronto Western Hospital, Sanderson Public Library, and Trinity Bellwoods Park. Plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby: Little Italy and Kensington Market.

The house currently has two young professionals in our mid-20s. One of us is pursuing a career in healthcare (which involves some late-night shift work - so the house is quiet and calm throughout the day), and the other person works a steady 9-to-5.

Previous roommate just moved out after a long stay and I’m looking for someone respectful, organized, and easy going to fill that spot. Someone who enjoys a peaceful home base and is always down for a friendly chat or the occasional hangouts. We’ll probably get along if you’re active, like discussing music tastes, trying new recipes, or simply sharing tips on where the cheapest food in the city is.

Kitchen appliances (air fryer, rice cooker, pots) can be shared upon request as long as everyone’s diligent about cleanup.
