Beautiful, clean and fully furnished room in a quiet neighbourhood. Only a 5 minute walk to Sault College Campus. Bus access to Algoma U as well. Parking available. All furnishings, high speed internet, utilities, hydro, heat (PUC), air conditioning, and snow removal services included, no need to shovel the driveway!
Room has a closet, desk, chair, dresser, night table, mirror, table lamp, and single bed and linens. Laundry use is included too!

About the roomies
The only other person living on the property is the landlord. I am a female and professional that works Monday to Friday. I am friendly, hardworking, go to bed early and wake up early, and I really enjoy the outdoors and travelling. Every other week, my two boys, ages 6 and 9 stay with me.
