• Rent: $950/month + utilities (split 50/50)

• Move-in: April 1st, or mid April (month-to-month agreement)

• Private bedroom with shared kitchen, bathroom, and common areas

• Clean, well-maintained, and suited for a quiet and respectful living environment

• Bedroom comes lightly furnished (twin bed frame & dresser, no mattress)

• Shared laundry room available in the building

• 15 minute walk to Rideau Centre

• 12 minute walk to University of Ottawa

• 12-minute walk to Parliament Station (OC Transpo / LRT access)

House Rules / Notes:

• No pets, no smoking indoors
• Guests are welcome occasionally, but a heads-up is appreciated. Overnight stays are limited and should be communicated in advance.
• Shared spaces should be kept tidy and dishes ideally done the same day
• Each person is responsible for their own food and personal kitchen supplies, though sharing is fine if agreed in advance
