About the room
We’re looking for a roommate to move into our uni house as one of our roommates is moving out. The house is 3 stories with 2 bathrooms—one is in the upstairs master, and the other is shared between two roommates (this would be your bathroom).
We have a large kitchen and living area, plus an extra fridge and deep freezer for storage. The house is just a few minutes’ walk to campus and close to both Finch West and York University subway stations.
All utilities are included in the rent, and our landlord takes care of trash removal. Laundry is also free and included in the cost.
About the roomies
A bit about us: there are three of us currently living here—two of us are in Kinesiology and one is in Environmental Science. We’re all going into our 5th year and are 22 years old.
We keep a fairly clean and respectful household and are looking for someone who would fit well with that vibe.
