The unit is a 2-bed 2-bath, and the available room is the secondary bedroom with its own bathroom (not en-suite).
Ideally, my landlord is looking for someone to sign at least a 12 month lease but he is open for October 1 - April 31 as well.
The building has full-time security, a full gym, a yoga room, a sauna/steam room, an outdoor pool, barbecues, a theatre room, a party room, and a sports room with a billiards table.
The area is safe and has a friendly community. It is within walking distance to both King and Union stations, as well as multiple streetcars and buses. There is a Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart across the street, as well as Farm Boy, Rexall, No Frills, and Metro, all within walking distance.
The other roommate is a 22 year old female student at UofT on a co-op year. She is super chill, clean and works in the office 5 days a week.
